The Bouty Bouty SquadCast? An interesting name? How could a resist?

This is a relatively new podcast of only 6 shows starting in June, I decided to download the first and last show. I was interested in hearing the shows development.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t impressed by the first show. In fact, I wondered if I was going to have to write my first bad review. That would be unfair of me to judge the show on its first episode, after all, the show was called TestCast, so I decided to listen to show six.

First thing I must get straight before I continue is I’m an older guy. You must keep that in mind while reading this as I try to keep that in mind while listening. Being a person who loves creativity, I never understood why the words “fuck” and “shit” seem to be the only words of description some people use. I almost felt like counting the times per minute each of these words are used in this podcast. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve got nothing against these words, they do have their place. I will say this show shouldn’t be listened to by anyone with sensitive ears.

Now, I was impressed by how far the show has progressed in just six shows. These two, Duz T and $hane Peezy, have been done a good job of making this podcast into an actual show, rather than a couple of guys rambling for a half hour. They are working on creative intro bits and have categories such as F*cked Up Facts, Blows And Cons, and $hane Peezy’s Anime Corner. They do work well together and have a good sense of humor. I did really did enjoys parts of the show but other times they wondered into areas that I just couldn’t appreciate. This might be my age again but I really am not interested in whether bowel movements should be daily or yearly.

This show isn’t for me, it is for a much younger audience bit not too young. I can only guess when I say I think if you are High School or college age, you might enjoy this show. While I am not going to be a subscriber, I might listen again in a few months and see how the show has progressed.

Of course, you should judge for yourself but before listening, keep in mind:

I got the same mail and did the same thing: listen to the first and the last episode. I respect you could do a review. I couldn’t. I guess, I have gotten too old.
